At the same time though, this month has actually gone by pretty slowly .... which is awesome! I want time to slow down. I heard this song for the first time back in April. And I only paid attention because the DJ on the radio said something about Michael Jackson singing in it. I was hooked! This song is perfect for  Halloween  and I'm disappointed in my parents for never showing it to us before now, lol. It's funny, creepy and actually kind of relateable .... If you're a paranoid person like I am ;0) I actually tease my brother by saying this song reminds me of him because, even though he loves watching scary, horror films, he gets so scared by them that he has to sleep with his light on and hates the dark at night! Song: Monster Artist: Michael Jackson HALLOWEEN IS TOMORROW!!   I can't wait!! So, my brother actually introduced me to this song!! It's suuuuper creepy with all of the yelling and screaming, etc. going on! Michael does it again!! The title King of Halloween  is rightfully earned! My brother and I had fun blasting this song as we drove around for last minute costume pick ups! Also, the way the song refers to Hollywood and paparazzi as a "monster" is perfect. Way to go Mike! The Genetic Opera I first came across this song a couple of years ago on a Disney fanfiction type youtube video....yeeeeaaah....I used watch those....a lot. I'm was the biggest nerd who loved watching "fan made" videos to some of my favorite movies/TV shows. Song: Defying Gravity Artist: From, Wicked  I have loved the music from the musical Wicked for years! I've still never had the opportunity to see an actual production, but hopefully I will someday. It's definitely on my bucket list! Because Wicked is based on the background and story of the Wicked Witch of the West (a character from one of my all-time favorite childhood movies, The Wizard of Oz ) I find it completely and totally fitting to post some of the songs from Wicked  on my " Halloween Playlist " this year!
