Song: It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year! Artist: Andy Williams MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!   Well, here we are, Christmas Eve!! I can't believe that "Finally, It's Christmas!" It's here, it's really here! "Feels like we've been waiting  all year! " ;) I finally finished all my Christmas shopping and I'm so excited for Christmas morning, to spend this last "regular" Christmas with my family! I love them so much, they are truly the greatest gift to me this year. This truly is the happiest time of the year! Also, I finished the book of Luke today and I must say, I have officially started a new tradition for myself. I loved reading about my Savior and the life that he lead throughout the month. This is a must if you are seeking to grow closer to him. I love my Savior so very much and I know that he lives. I hope to keep his spirit with me and remember HIM during all the festivities and excitement of Christmas. HE is the GIFT.

Homemade gifts, gifts from the heart are the sweetest and most tender expressions of love. I know Jesus is grateful for each gift we give, even if it's small, inexpensive and sometimes even unnoticed. Song: Joseph (I Was Not His Father, He Was Mine) Artist: Michael McLean's The Forgotten Carols   I really love this sweet and tender song. Joseph was a wonderful man who truly loved his wife Mary and Jesus. He was their protector while Jesus was young. He got them away from a wicked king who would have had the baby killed. ( Matthew 2:13-14 , 19-23 ). Although Joseph knew he was never truly Jesus' father, he loved him as his own. Song: Breath of Heaven Artist: Amy Grant   I love this song. It is so beautiful and touching. I can picture Mary, sitting atop a donkey silently pondering some of these thoughts as she makes her journey to Bethlehem. Wondering why she was chosen. It must have seemed like an overwhelming responsibility and I'm sure she felt self-conscious and worried she wouldn't be good enough. I love Mary. She seemed to be such a sweet soul. She was obviously something special, being hand-chosen by the Lord to be the mother of the Savior of the world. Mary seemed to be very thoughtful. She was not out-spoken.
