Song: There's A New Kid in Town Artist: Blake Shelton feat. Kelly Clarkson I heard this song for the first time this year while watching the CMA Country Christmas special on TV. I liked it then, but when I found this version by Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson, I have had it on repeat! Such a sweet song. Definitely different for a Christmas song, some of the wording at least, but the message is so great. A new favorite Christmas song this year for sure! Song: Away in a Manger Artist: Pentatonix Such a cool and unique version to a classic, traditional Christmas hymn. I love the hand claps, snaps and other sounds they used instead of extra vocals. I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I have really enjoyed this beautiful song. So sweet, so pure, so tender. I recently listened to Sia's Christmas album, Christmas is Forever. I was surprised at how much I actually enjoyed it. The songs are not religious at all and they are all originals. They're quirky and unique but I really liked them! These were my top three favorites. Santa's Coming For Us is cute and fun and catchy! My favorite one for sure. Snowman is definitely different but there's something about it that I like....I'm not sure what it is but it's catchy and I've found myself going back to listen to it. Underneath the Mistletoe is a super adorable, romantic Christmas song! The music videos for Santa's Coming For Us and Underneath the Mistletoe  are very random but that's Sia for you I guess. It's very festive and catchy, Lindsey's outfit is adorable and I'm obsessed with the violin in the intro and outro, so cool! I love that Lindsey Sterling has made it big in the entertainment world by remaining true to her own unique talent. It inspires me and helps me want to remain true to myself (creatively or just in general). Her Christmas album is really beautiful and has some really fun arrangements.
