It just reignited my already firey love and admiration for Michael. What a truly phenomenal talent even from teeny-tiny. My respect and love for Michael increases the more I look back at his work. Song: Remember the Time Artist: Michael Jackson We are now entering the 90's with Michael Jackson's Dangerous . Although I like a good handful of the songs from this album, it's not quite like Off the Wall, Thriller & Bad. With all three of those albums, I can listen to every song, all the way through, start to finish, without skipping a single song. And I can sing every word to every song. That's not quite the case here. But this particular song is one of the stand-outs. And, I know the video below is suuuuper long but it's pretty creative and entertaining. Song: Liberian Girl Artist: Michael Jackson Another not-as-well-known song, but a great one none the less. It's actually a really beautiful song that Michael performs well. He's a passionate man, what can I say! I especially love the ending, where the song builds and Michael just really belts it out. Michael's comeback album, four years after the mind-blowing phenomenon of Thriller, is a treasure! I wouldn't say it was as ground-breaking and earth-shattering as Thriller was (although Michael was always trying to beat his own previous successes) it's still a phenomenal album where every song is a stand-out! Bad opens the album up with a bang and a whole new sound. It's a little edgier and Michael's style has evolved once again (and I'm a big fan of his look during this time period:). This is the song Michael first performed his legendary moonwalk, see the video below. He's fantastic! It was also the first time we wore the single, one-handed, rhinestone glove that ever since became one of his signature trademarks. So catchy, so clever, such a great message, such a great music video, just the best! Also, the gang members seen in this video are actual, real life members of a real gang! Isn't that crazy!? I read that in Michael's autobiography Moonwalk. Fantastic book by the way that every true Michael Jackson fan should own and read. It's so random, the song is hilariously quirky but adorable at the same time and I just LOVE it! The first time I listened to it, I had a grin on my face the entire duration of the song. The tune is catchy, the lyrics are silly, it's just FUN! And that little interaction between Michael and Paul at the end of the song.... SO FUNNY!!
