Song: Thankful Artist: Josh Groban I love, love, LOVE this song ESPECIALLY for this time of year! It's like the only good Thanksgiving song there is and it is beautiful! I love the message. I love Josh Groban's voice. This song is just so pure and true. We have SO much to be thankful for. We should count our blessings every single day. Even the smallest blessings are worth being thankful for. I love this time of year and I love this holiday. It's all about gratitude, family and FOOD (haha)! Song: Glorious Artist: David Archuleta   This song is so beautiful and inspiring! It has such a feel good message reminding us that each person is wonderful. Each person is worth while and has something of value to offer to this world, despite our differences and weaknesses. This is a song from the movie Meet the Mormons . I highly recommend ANYONE ( LDS or not) to GO SEE THIS MOVIE. It just makes you feel GOOD! It makes you want to be a better person. And, it helps people not of our (the LDS ) faith to see who we are and what we're all about: love, family, Jesus Christ and service. I loved this movie, I LOVE this song and I LOVE cute David Archuleta! Just an all-around sweet and great person with a glowing spirit!     There are times when you might feel aimless You can't see the places where you belong But you will find that there is a purpose It's been there within you all along and when you're near it You can almost hear it.

Well, simply because today truly is the BEST.DAY.EVER!!!!!!!!!!!   I'm a true-blue, through-and-through, paying member of Hanson.net and guess what folks? I talked to THE ONE and ONLY ........... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO "OLD MAN" HANSON, ISAAC!! ;)   I can't believe he is 34!! He started out at 16!! :O   Such a GOOD improvement!   I feel bad, because I've always considered Isaac to be the awkward, dorky older brother. But Isaac is definitely an essential and needed part of this amazing band and it really wouldn't be the same without him. It's from the movie Ferngully . Confession: I loved this movie when I was a kid and I still like it. I saw it in my 3rd grade P.E. class (random, right?). It must have been Earth Day or something because we were discussing how the "bad guys" were cutting down the trees and the weird creepy "pollution" guy or whatever he was supposed to be, is bad for us and pollution is bad for our air, etc. I'll also admit Zac was for sure a cartoon crush for me, haha. Last week was a really, really bad week.   Josh Groban challenge? Ha. Forget about it! Didn't happen.   Today was better. At times. I still had my "moments of weaknesses" if you will, but I also had some pretty good moments.   So, if you couldn't tell from reading my blog, I have a really bad obsession with Hanson. Like it's a little out of control. But I do. And I'm totally proud of admitting that. I want to sign up for a Hanson.net membership. It costs $40 for a year membership but to me, it's worth it.   Hanson brings joy to my life. Hanson helps me through the really bad days. They've also helped me make some fun and wonderful memories. I want to support them. Because they mean so much to me. And if paying $40 is what I want to do to support them, then I WILL !!   But I want to really earn this.  In some small way. I don't just want to get it because I can. I want to feel like I really deserve it.  So

If I listen to this song every day (or at least every bad day) I think I will be a happier person. I truly want to find joy in my life, where I am, NOW . I have not been happy. I'm admitting it. I suffer from Social Anxiety (which is a BEAST) and I believe I also have some depression. I am challenging myself right here, right now to SMILE every day when I feel like crying, complaining or being upset about the challenges of life. I'm also challenging myself to listen to this song AT LEAST once every day for a week.. Knowing me, it will probably be several times a day. Also, Josh Groban has the voice of an angel. I adore him.
