Music is my Therapy

*I meant to post this yesterday (Sunday) but I forgot.   Song: What Heaven Sees in You aka "Three White Dresses Song" Artist: Doug Walker   This is a beautiful song about self-worth. It's about how much we are loved, cherished and valued by our Father in Heaven. The first few times I listened to this song I bawled my eyes out. It's so sweet. It has a very calming and peaceful affect on the troubled spirit. It reminds me that I am a Daughter of God. That I am precious in his sight. That he will always love me and that I was sent to this earth, at this time because this is when I was meant to come here. I'm not a mistake. I'm exactly where I belong and where I'm supposed to be. I am so thankful for the knowledge of a loving Father in Heaven who loves me unconditionally, even though I am flawed and make countless mistakes every day. I'm feeling pretty depressed about this healthy eating and exercising thing.....good thing I have my music to help me get through these down times. My health and weight loss goals aren't the only things I'm having a hard time with right now.....so before this turns into a pity-post, sob-fest let's talk  HANSON! LOVE this picture!! Song: Stories Artist: Hanson This is takin' it way back to old school Hanson! This song is off their indie record 3 Car Garage which features some of their earliest recordings (95-96!) prior to when they made it big. Wish I could add this rare album to my Hanson CD collection but alas I don't believe there's any left :( I guess I could check Amazon but even then there's probably only used copies being sold for ridiculous prices (although I love Hanson more than any other musician in the music business, even I have my limits). Look how little and cute they are! This song (Stories) is incredibly sweet
