Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us. Song: I Was Born Artist: Hanson   HANSON RELEASED THE FULL, OFFICIAL LYRIC VIDEO FOR THEIR BRAND NEW SONG "I WAS BORN!!!" AND IT'S AMAZING!!!   I have been obsessed with this song since I first heard the small sample clips of it in Hanson's "Middle of Everywhere - Tour Announcement" video  & "I Was Born Birthday Message" video. I found a live version they had done at SXSW in March, but this official release makes me SO HAPPY!! I love, love, LOVE this song! It's so inspiring and the tune is catchy and upbeat!! I don't understand why the song isn't the raving success among Fansons (and the world!) as I believe it should be! Today is May 4th, which if you are a fan of Star Wars or just a geek in general you will know that today is officially known as " MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU!" Get it!? Instead of "May the FORCE be with you" .... I love puns! And I love random days like today to make tasty, themed food to celebrate something fun! I can't believe I haven't said anything about this here yet but guess what!?!?   I AM GOING TO HANSON DAY 2017!!! IT'S REALLY HAPPENING!!!   As you can see, my blog has been "Hansonized" in honor of Hanson Day (May 6th), Hanson Day 2017 (May 18th-20th) and because Hanson is launching a worldwide tour beginning this June "THE MIDDLE OF EVERYWHERE WORLD TOUR" celebrating 25 years as aband! 25 years! They're as old as me!
