HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Another Halloween has come and is almost gone! I can't believe it! At the same time though, this month has actually gone by pretty slowly .... which is awesome! I want time to slow down.

I heard this song for the first time back in April. And I only paid attention because the DJ on the radio said something about Michael Jackson singing in it. I was hooked! This song is perfect for Halloween and I'm disappointed in my parents for never showing it to us before now, lol. It's funny, creepy and actually kind of relateable .... If you're a paranoid person like I am ;0) I actually tease my brother by saying this song reminds me of him because, even though he loves watching scary, horror films, he gets so scared by them that he has to sleep with his light on and hates the dark at night! The part that says "When I'm in the shower, I'm afraid to wash my hair. Cause I might open my eyes and find someone standing there." is so my brother! Haha. He even said "SAME!" when he heard that part of the song, lol.

Anyway, I've been listening to this song all month long, waiting to post it on this Hallows-Eve night! So, without further ado: Somebody's Watching Me!

My Halloween was busy, fun but different this year. I did a lot of cooking, baking and preparing for most of the day. I made a festive Halloween dinner for my family and for my dessert tray I made these adorable Melted Witch Cupcakes (I also dressed up as a witch this year! I love having a matching costume to go with my dessert theme, lol). It was different because of how slow the night was. We hardly got any trick-or-treaters :( So, it just ended up feeling like any other evening except for the fact that I was wearing a fun dress and hat while decorating cupcakes. We were all pretty bummed but we still ended the night by watching Thriller and eating my cupcakes so it was all good! ;)

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me!
