First off ..... if you have been following this blog for the past couple of years then you'll know that today is my sister's and Zac Hanson's BIRTHDAY!! My sister is 28 (what!?) and Zac turned 33!! So crazy how much they've grown, lol. The first birthday shout-out I did for my sister she was turning only 24!! I'm older than that now!! I can't even. And ZAC was turning only 29!! He wasn't even 30! Too weird.

So, in honor of these two awesome people's birthdays I am dedicating this seriously hilarious and cheesy song to them! It's totally fitting because on a birthday you eat sugar (cake, ice cream and even candy!) and because it's October and getting very close to Halloween (where you get lots of candy!) it just works! I've also randomly heard this song (not necessarily this version) a lot this year and I've never really considered it a Halloween song before but I'm definitely digging it! I love candy!

This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
