In need of something sweet and innocent today 😊

My day could have gone a lot better due to personal decisions and choices made on my part, but I'm going to let it go, get a good nights rest and try again tomorrow. I'll try to take the advice from song #1 and not "let it get me down!" The message reminds me a bit of World Goes Around 💙

Both of these songs are what I believe to be unreleased songs from back during Michael's Motown Jackson 5 days, but I'm really not sure. I don't even remember how I came across them. I just saw the title of a Michael Jackson song that I didn't recognize and knew I had to listen to it 😆 I enjoyed both, they're sweet. Michael's vocals are sweet and pure and full of the precious innocence and naivety of youth. I wish I could go back to those innocent, carefree days. 😞

Gotta shout out and feature a song from Thriller 40 that came out, and I can't believe it's been this long, TWO YEARS ago today! Feels like I had my little Thriller 40 listening party here on this blog just yesterday.... scary how fast time is flying! 😓 I'm going with the song Got the Hots because, according to my notes, I found it to be "basically a "sexier" version of Baby Be Mine 😂" I'm not remembering how it goes at the moment, but I think I liked it! Let's see if it still holds up!

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
