This week I will be focusing on "modern" artists (mostly in the "pop" genre but others may be sprinkled in here and there) with songs that either have Halloween sounding names or give off "spooky" vibes. 

Today, I'm starting with the 80's (best decade of music EVER!)!

Another One Bites the Dust - Queen
This song is iconic, everybody knows it!! The reason it made the cut is because "BITES" makes me think of vampires ๐Ÿง› and then "bites the DUST" makes me think of death ๐Ÿ’€ Therefore, it fits the criteria for a Halloween sounding name!

Not really a "pop" song, gives more "soft rock" almost "folk" vibes BUT it is extremely fitting for the time of year where magic is more possible than ever! Especially the magic of witches and wizards! ๐Ÿง™‍♂️๐Ÿงน✨ "You know darn well when you cast your spell..."

Now this song is just FUNNY! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I don't remember when or where I came across it but when I saw the name ROCKWELL it immediately made me think of his only well-known song thanks to a certain pop SUPER-STAR...and then I read the title of the song and I thought, I've gotta give this a listen! Evil minds are very scary...think mad scientist like Dr. Jekyll who brings his alter ego Mr. Hyde to life! Or even Dr. Frankenstein for that matter! I think this guy is a fan of "Halloween inspired music" considering the only two songs I've ever heard from him immediately gave me Halloween vibes! ๐ŸŽƒ๐ŸงŸ

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
