I just barely heard this song for the first time ever yesterday and I immediately went "YES." I don't know many Janet Jackson songs (aside from Black Cat and the song she did with Michael called Scream) and honestly have never had any desire to because....I feel like she is a Michael Jackson copycat/wannabe....is that mean? Considering this is his sister....but I feel like she is literally him in female form! From the way she talks, dances, the type of music she sings (and even the way she looks....ain't nobody's nose looks like that naturally honey....nobody's) I feel like it's all too much of a coincidence in how similar she is to his style. And to me, there is and always will be only ONE MJ....not even his sister can compare! I know they were super close and I'm sure she idolized him as an older brother (can you even imagine having Michael Jackson as your big brother!? Brother of the year award! And not just because he is successful but because he was the sweetest, most loving human being with the biggest heart)! But, I can definitely see, hear and feel the closeness they shared after watching their interaction in the video below 😊💗

Yeeeeaaaahhhh, that was really, really sweet! Maybe I should give more of Janet's music a try? I mean, after listening to this fun, upbeat song I thought "Yeah.....she IS really good!"

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
