Born On Christmas Day

Song: Born On Christmas Day
Artist: Kristin Chenoweth

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

What a beautiful day!! I feel so blessed and so grateful. My heart is full. Full of love for my Savior, who came to earth as an innocent baby and led the most perfect and selfless life for me. Love for my family who is always there and loves and accepts me always. Love for my sweet puppy who, earlier this summer, I feared wouldn't be spending this holiday with me. I am overwhelmed. I am grateful for Christmas and what it means. Christmas time is a time when everyone, whether knowingly or unknowingly, celebrates the birth of the Savior. Everyone is a little kinder and a little more loving. There is a feeling of hope. Christ was and is the ultimate gift. A gift of pure love and hope and that is what we celebrate. I hope everyone could feel a little bit of that on this day.

I dedicate this beautiful song to my Savior and to Christmas! It gives me chills. It is a reminder of why we celebrate Christmas! It makes me want to cry! I love it so much and I'm so happy I came across this song this year. I will be listening to it for many, many years to come!

One starry night, so bright
The world was filled with love
Wonderful sight, the light
That shined from up above

The angels proclaimed His Holy Name
King of Kings

This is the story, the power and the glory
Three wise men knelt to pray
A guiding star had led the way
There He lay born on Christmas Day

Joy did He bring, the King
Let every song rejoice
And every heart did sing, hear it ring
The sound of heaven's voice

The angels proclaimed His Holy Name
King of Kings

This is the story, the power and the glory
Three wise men knelt to pray
A guiding star had led the way
There He lay born on Christmas Day

He filled our world with His love
A heavenly voice sang from above

This is the story of the power and the glory
Three wise men came to pray as He lay
Christ was born, born on Christmas Day
The Lord is born, born on Christmas Day

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
