THANKSGIVING is TOMORROW people!! I can't wait!! I've been doing a lot of pre-Thanksgiving cooking prep. Phew. It's a lot of work but it's work I enjoy so I'm loving it! And I can't wait to eat it!! Today I've been working on a homemade (from scratch!) Coconut Cream pie (my favorite!) and Sweet Potato Casserole!! YUM! 😍

The first time I heard this song (and I only heard part of it) was during this concert in this song (I don't want to explain the whole thing so just click the links to see what I'm talking about). I loved it so much that I finally decided to find the original version of the song and this past month have been listening to and loving it!! It just makes me happy! I love happy music! Especially during the HOLIDAYS!!

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
