I feel so incredibly blessed! 🙏 I KNOW I'm blessed. Everything about today was so wonderful! We opened gifts, feasted on delicious food and treats, played games, cooked & baked together, listened to Christmas music all day, watched our all-time favorite Christmas movie, Home Alone (which happens to be the inspiration for today's song!). It's been a fantastic day, surrounded by family and love. 💕 I wish everyone could experience the kind of Christmas I had and have had all my life. I don't know why but I am in love with this version and have listened to it obsessively all month long! Today has truly been a "wonderful Christmastime" as I gathered with my {immediate} family and celebrated with good food, laughter, puzzles, singing Christmas carols, reading The Christmas Story, decorating sugar cookies, opening Christmas pajamas, and ending the night watching Christmas movies! I was able to spend a good part of my day visiting with my soon to be 92 year old grandma in her own home and it was such a blessing! She is doing so well and I'm thankful for this time to be with my family. I'm thankful for traditions.
