MERRY, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL!!!

What a BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT Christmas this has been! I feel so incredibly blessed! 🙏 I KNOW I'm blessed. Everything about today was so wonderful! We opened gifts, feasted on delicious food and treats, played games, cooked & baked together, listened to Christmas music all day, watched our all-time favorite Christmas movie, Home Alone (which happens to be the inspiration for today's song!). It's been a fantastic day, surrounded by family and love. 💕 I wish everyone could experience the kind of Christmas I had and have had all my life. After such an awful year, things are ending on a very sweet note, at least for me. If only everyone had it as good. 😔 This thought only renews my desire to get out and make a difference wherever I can!

This song, that plays at the end of the Christmas classic Home Alone feels/sounds like the perfect way to end this holiday advent. Merry Christmas once again! And may "God bless us, one and all!"

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
