New song I just listened to for the first time yesterday. I enjoyed it quite a lot.

I'm really going to try to be more intentional and really immerse myself in Christmas. I've been way too sad and depressed lately where I'm not even trying anymore. I'm going to try to wake up early each day to read, watch, listen to anything and everything Christmas related! I miss feeling happy and excited about the holidays, especially Christmas! I swear, the past two years I've done more during the Halloween/Fall season then I have at Christmas time! Christmas has just been hard for me since 2021. 🖤🐾💔 It's not the same and never will be again. I've been thinking about that a lot lately....how everything will never be the same again. It hurts my heart. But I need to try and move on like everyone else. I can't stay stuck the way I have for so many years. It's getting worse every day. And I'm tired of it.

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
