It was a beautiful Thanksgiving holiday! 🙏🦃

My family and I enjoyed a delicious feast of all our favorite Thanksgiving dishes (my coconut cream pie was the star of the night once again, nbd 💁😉), played games, went on a brisk, fall walk, chatted and enjoyed one another's company. I got to watch the entire Macey's Thanksgiving Day parade, something I look forward to every year (there was even a Wednesday float! My girl! 🖤 The ULTIMATE collision of all my favorite holidays - Halloween 🎃 Thanksgiving 🦃 and the lead up to Santa Claus officially ushering in the Christmas season! 🎄). I was able to stay in a good mood all day and never started feeling too sorry for myself, just grateful. For family, good food, comfort. Health. Music. Life. 

I'm so blessed. 🙏 Thank you God for everything. I don't deserve it, but I'm grateful. 

Just listened to this song for the first time today. It's a little on the cheesy side at times but it's sweet and it's literally called "THANKSGIVING SONG" so I had to!


Call the kids in from outside

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
