It's GROBAN MONTH BABY!! 🙏🙌💓 And I am absolutely LOVING my Josh Groban music marathon I'm currently doing! Don't be surprised to see even more of his songs pop up between now and the end of the month. He's the best!

Today's songs have been two long time favorites of mine. I think Illuminations is one of my favorite Josh Groban albums; if not my top favorite! It's beautiful of course, but there's also something so nostalgic about it for me. It brings back a lot of good memories. Higher Window in particular is one that I filled me with all the reminiscent mems and made me swoon. His VOICE!!! 😍😍 I just love everything about that song (even if it is a bit on the sad side)!! If I Walk Away is super powerful and soulful! Nothing gets better than that!! 🙌

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us. When we stop and allow ourselves to "give in" to the pain and sadness that comes with the stress of life, that's when we begin to slip and fall into a deep depression.
