How can you cleanse your own heart and mind to prepare yourself to hear Jesus’s teachings? - By more sincerely repenting and making my prayers more meaningful. By spending time studying and pondering on the words of Christ each day. By spending less time on my phone and other distractions and more time in prayer and thoughtful reflection.


This song is another new anthem for my life... "I made a friend of the fear I have been feeling"... wow. Accurate...but...

"FEAR is NOT WELCOME. FEAR is NOT WELCOME. FEAR is NOT WELCOME in my HEART anymore. I'm casting it away by the POWER in Your name. FEAR is NOT WELCOME in my HEART anymore!" 💚 

Jesus Christ is the only source I can look to, to take the fear away. I pray that I will have the faith to let Him. 🙏

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
