Grateful For Music Challenge Day 7

Song: The World We Knew (Over and Over)
Artist: Josh Groban

Well, it's officially that time of the month y'all... (and I'm not talking about my period 😆...sorry for my middle-school "potty" humor 😉)!

IT'S JOSH GROBAN DAY!!!

For the past EIGHT years straight I have shared a Josh Groban song every November 7th. Like clock work. I listened to a whole bunch of Josh Groban throughout my day - making me re-fall in love with him "over and over," so it's only appropriate I keep the tradition alive and well!

This song is from Josh's latest album, released back in November of 2020, Harmony. It's such such an intense song, so dramatic and theatrical. I LOVE it! 👏

Over and over I keep going over the world we knew
Once when you walked beside me
That inconceivable, that unbelievable world we knew
When we two were in love

And every bright neon sign turned into stars
And the sun and the moon seemed to be ours
Each road that we took turned into gold
But the dream was too much for you to hold

Now over and over I keep going over the world we knew
Days when you used to love me

And every bright neon sign turned into stars
And the sun and the moon seemed to be ours
Each road that we took, it turned into gold
But the dream was too much for you to hold

Now over and over I keep going over the world we knew
Days when you used to love me

Over and over I keep going over the world we knew

Soooo, I just found out this is a cover of a Frank Sinatra song!? You know I gotta check that out (and share it below for all of you)!

....yeah, Josh's is better. Sorry Frank!
