There are two super exciting and special things happening today! 

First off, it's my momma's birthday! She a queen!♛

Second, WE ARE GOING TO A PENTATONIX CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR TONIGHT!!! My final concert of this epic year of concerts!!✨ A dream I've had since 2016!! 💙


This sweet song is from the sweet father daughter duo that I have featured several times before and are becoming some new "holiday" (specifically November) favorites! This song is an original of theirs and it makes me happy! Today has had it's ups and downs and a few rough patches, but I'm trying to focus on the "happy" things like: good food, celebrating my mom and seeing PTX in a few hours!! It's always nice to have something fun to look forward to (and I've been needing something fun a while now!). The lyrics of this song are straight FACTS and something I try to remind myself of daily, especially during the hard times.

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
