I hope everyone has enjoyed this wonderful holiday with friends and family, safety, good health and peace. As always, I had a lovely Christmas. It was a little harder than usual and I have shed a few tears throughout the day, feeling the heavy loss of my sweet puppy on my heart. But he's been with me in spirit and I am grateful for my family who lifted my spirits and helped me smile. These two songs represent this holiday so beautifully and I felt they were the perfect choice to end my Christmas Advent with.

That's Christmas to Me

I can NOT believe I have never posted this song before!! It is a CLASSIC to me! It is the quintessential song that describes Christmas. It's one of my all time favorites and will be for years to come! I listened to this tonight with my family, we sang it together around the Christmas tree and it was MAGICAL! 🤍✨ I love this song and I love CHRISTMAS!! 🎄🎅⛄

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
