I loved the 2019 animated Addams Family movie! I thought it was really cute and just the right type of "Halloween" movie for me! I didn't get a chance to see the sequel this year but that will definitely be on my list for next! Not only did I enjoy the film but I loved the music! My Family is literally "my family's" theme song! It's such a fun song and the lyrics ring so true for us 😁 I never really cared for this song until this year. For some reason it gives me I Put A Spell on You - "Screamin" Jay Hawkins vibes. But it's also way better than that cringey, crazy scream-fest of a "song" 🖤🥀

This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
