HAPPY EARTH DAY!! 🌎💙💚

This time of year makes me so excited! The weather is finally getting nice (sunshine! 🌞) and I can spend more time being outside. I love nature. It's so incredible, beautiful and peaceful. I'm so blessed to live in such a gorgeous area where there is so much to explore. It makes me sick when I see trash and litter all over the ground, or fields full of plastic bags, water filthy with garbage! We need to take care of our world! We need to protect nature and all it's living things! It's so important.

In honor of Earth Day 🌎 sunshine 🌞 and nature 🌷, I thought this song brought to you by these two would be only appropriate. Jack Johnson is a HUGE advocate for keeping the earth clean and his music makes me think of sunshine and summer days (which are just around the corner!). The music video (below) was released today so it truly is the perfect song to share 😊

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
