Song: I Feel My Savior's Love

I've mentioned in a few posts how the past week and half was quite an emotional time for me. I have to acknowledge and give thanks today though that through it all, I was surrounded in the arms of my Saviors love. He lifted me up time and time again and sent peace to my heart in my darkest moments. Things are looking better than I feared, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Gratitude for the mercy and love of God. Gratitude that I have a Savior I can turn to in the hard times. Grateful to have been blessed to be born into a family that could teach me about Christ and prayers and faith. I love this sweet primary song and hope it brings peace to all who hear it today and every day.

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
