Such a throwback!! A song that my entire family LOVES to listen to and sing at the top of our lungs together (which is a rare accomplishment considering the very diverse music preferences of my family members). I recently listened to this song for the first time in what seems like years a few weeks ago while on a road trip with my mom and sister and it was such a JAM! My sister was cracking me up, because she started going off about how amazing Phil Collins is and how underappreciated he is (at least to people her age... she's only 23!). #TeamPhil We love Phil Collins in my house!

This song is incredible. If you aren't belting it out by the end... just leave.

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
