These are my final songs of farewell & mourning. Come Monday, I'll be looking forward and not backward. She will be in my past, no longer in my future. That statement, right there, is why I had to have this week of mourning. Because that sucks.

I bid you all a very fond farewell

Many of my posts have come across as bitter, angry and like I'm placing blame. So, I have to dedicate this final song to "my little girl." You know I love you kid! You know you were one of the best, most consistent parts of my life these past 10 years! You are a wonderful young lady (notice I didn't say "little girl" like I usually would 😁). You are organized, independent, smart, wise beyond your years, witty, sassy 😉, passionate, creative, thoughtful, sensitive to the needs of others, caring, honest (to a fault 😉), loyal, so brave, determined and a million other things - I could go on for days! I wish I could always be a part of your life and maybe, in some small way, I will be. I only see good things ahead for you. You have inspired me all your young life. You have faced challenges with courage and a positive attitude, have overcome hardships and become stronger because of them. I'm so proud of you! I'm so proud of who you are and where you are! You are going to do amazing things! Take risks! Follow your heart and your dreams! Try everything! You can do anything you set your mind to, I know you can, you're just that kind of person. Please don't forget me! I love you so much and wish you all the best things life has to offer! You deserve the world and so much more! 💕 Love you forever girl, no matter what! 😘
