Literally sobbing 😭😭 Not only because this is one of the most beautiful, powerful and spiritual songs EVER but because Pentatonix didn't let me down this year!!! They just released, today, a *BRAND NEW*, full-length holiday album Pentatonix We Need A Little Christmas! I had been waiting for signs of new Christmas music from them all throughout October (since that's when they usually hint or announce new holiday music is coming, sometimes even as early as late September!) but this year, there was nothing. They were busy promoting their upcoming album of original music - Pentatonix Lucky Ones - but it's not available until February 2021! Don't get me wrong, I'm STOKED for new PTX original tunes (and I love the two singles they've shared thus far) but PTX has consistently released Christmas music for the past 9 years and during this very heavy and difficult year, I was really hoping and looking forward to new Christmas music from them, since their Christmas music is my FAVORITE! I can not WAIT to start listening to this new album. Their arrangements are always phenomenal and they out-do themselves year to year! So excited! 

Anyway, I'm obsessed with this song! The arrangement, their voices and this version (which is my favorite!) make my heart 💓😭🤍😇🙏🙌 Tears of joy and happiness and peace! I hope it makes your heart heart as happy as mine 🤍😊 I am so grateful for the Grace and goodness of my God! It truly is amazing to me!

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us. When we stop and allow ourselves to "give in" to the pain and sadness that comes with the stress of life, that's when we begin to slip and fall into a deep depression.
