These two songs remind me of growing up! They are songs I fondly refer to as "dad songs" since he was the one who introduced me to them 😊 I listened to these songs last month and wrote them down so I could make sure to remember to use them this month during my "Halloween Inspired Music" playlist! I mean, the song Come Sail Awary totally works because they're singing about being abducted by ALIENS! 👽 "I thought that they were angels, but to my surprise, we climbed aboard their star ship, we headed for the skies, singing come sail away, come sail away!" 😱😱 MY WORST NIGHTMARE!! For real!! But it's a pretty legendary rock song and a really fun one to add to my playlist! Mr. Roboto is about a... Robot? 🤖 haha. Which makes me think of evil Robots taking over the world which is terrifying (I, Robot anyone?) therefore works for the Halloween theme! In my opinion. You could also dress up as a Robot! Plus, it's got such a crazy-cool (if slightly eccentric/manic) sound and vibe to it that, again, makes me think of Halloween! 🎃💀👻

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
