Happy Week of CHRISTMAS!! 

Can you believe there are only 3 more days until Christmas!? It's so crazy and exciting (and kinda sad...because then it will be over which means no more Christmas music 😭)!!

This is a beautiful, not very well known song that I found a fun version to! I hope to give Christ the gift of my best self this year. To come closer to Him. To serve and love and live as He did. To exercise greater faith in Him and what He did for me. I love my Savior and seek to follow Him and always be close to Him....to choose to be close to Him because He is always close to us. He is always there, reaching out a hand to help lift us up when we fall. Or when we feel we are drowning in the challenges of life.

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
