Well, it's official. Hanson Day 2019 began today in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And sadly, I am not there to join in on the festivities :( I'm really trying not to be jealous but I've been regularly checking Hanson's  and other fans twitter pages for updates and have to say, it hurts. I have major, major FOMO right now! "I wish that I was there, wish that I was there...."

I've had to curb my jealousy by re-living sweet memories from my first, one and only (so far) Hanson Day of 2017. I've been looking at photos and reading my old posts and just smiling and remembering that glorious, wonderful, happy time! Since Hanson held their Storytellers Concert tonight, I have decided to watch all of my video footage from my Storytellers Concert of 2017 (the very first one they did! It was magical!).

Anyway, onto the song choice for today. I listened to this song for the first time ever (I listened to a lot of Hanson today!) and really loved it! It's catchy and fun and I think Taylor said something about it being a little "country" (I watched a live performance on youtube. I know. I'm crazy). That made me laugh! Hanson has a country song! Hahaha. I don't know how "country" I would say it sounds but it's a good song nonetheless!

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
