The angels remind me of the JOY of the season! That it truly is the most WONDERFUL time of the year, not because of the presents or Santa Claus, gingerbread houses, ice skating or parties, but because of the celebration of the birth of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We sing carols of praise to Him. GLORY to the NEW BORN KING!!

And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them (Luke 2:9)

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, (Luke 2:13)

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men (Luke 2:14)


This is a song of HAPPINESS, JOY and EXCITEMENT declaring tidings of GOOD WILL and PEACE unto all men! Whenever I sing Christmas hymns, like this one, I am filled with the spirit of love and peace. It is my hope to be like the angels and triumphantly declare my testimony of my Savior! To sing and speak from my heart and desire to spread the good news to all the world!

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
