I think this song is romantic because it's all about opening yourself up to love if (and when) the right person comes around. Maybe you've been hurt one too many times .... maybe you've given up on ever finding love, but when "the one" comes into your life .... and they want to give you their heart .... you'll want to give them yours in return. You'll trust them and know that they will love you and only you forever and you'll do the same for them. At least, that's what I believe. I haven't given up on finding love (at least that's what I keep telling myself). Yes, there are days I truly believe in my heart of hearts that it won't happen for me. That I'm destined to be an old maid forever. But then there are times when I feel hopeful. When I believe that there might be someone out there for me. And when the time is right and we finally meet and he asks me to be his, I will wholeheartedly say YES!! I hope I'm making sense and expressing my thoughts clearly. I've been having an off day :\

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
