This song came to my mind yesterday when I was trying to find a new song for my "New Song Challenge." I don't know why. And I honestly can not remember how I came across this song in the first. All I remember is I was listening to a song (I can't even remember what the song was!) on youtube and someone in the comments said something about how the song I was listening to reminded them of the song "Rodger Rabbit by Sleeping With Sirens." A lot of other people agreed and mentioned this song too. So, being the naturally curious person that I am, especially when it comes to music and potential great new songs, I looked it up. It's catchy. I liked it. I only listened to it once. But then I randomly thought of it yesterday and since it technically wasn't a "new song" for me, I couldn't post it during my challenge. So I waited for today :) And since I want to post a song every single day, this is what you're getting.

I have no idea why the song is called "Rodger Rabbit." It never mentions anything about Rodger Rabbit in the song. There is literally zero reference to anything regarding him. I read in the comments someone's idea as to why. It was something about being inferior to your significant other in a relationship .... they gave the example of how Rodger Rabbit is "inferior" to his wife (or whatever she is) Jessica Rabbit. It might just be about feeling inferior in general to other people around you which, I can totally relate.
