 These past couple of days I have been feeling really sad and down....not the way I want to be feeling during this most wonderful and magical and HAPPY time of year!! But sometimes, when you have anxiety and depression, there's not a lot you can do to control your angry and overwhelming feelings...it sucks. Anyway, it's really been putting a damper on my Christmas spirit and this song just seemed like an appropriate song for me to listen to today. Where is the joy and laughter this time of years always brings me? Where is the happiness and excitement? I want it back! And I am GOING to get it! Mark my words, I'm WILL make this a wonderful, HAPPY and memorable Christmas!!

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
