Song: Scream and Be Free Artisit: Hanson   I know, I know. It seems that all I've been talking about on this blog is Hanson. Can I help it if they write incredible music that I feel such a strong connection too? Or that just makes me insanely happy? They are the best. EVER.  Don't even try to argue with me.   Anyway, this song is AMAZING!! It's the first song on my Positive Playlist for a reason. When I first read the title of this song, "Scream and Be Free", I assumed it was going to be a party type song. Like "Yeah, let your hair down, let loose and PAR-TAY!" But I couldn't have been more WRONG. This song is incredibly powerful and inspiring. The lyrics are just.....perfect. I needed this song in my life. I still do. It's amazing. I want to create a positive/uplifting/motivating playlist for my life. Music is my therapy, as I've mentioned before, and I have found that when I take the time to listen to songs that inspire me or really make me think I feel so much better. I'm dealing with quite a bit of anxiety and stress right now. I have to make a lot of changes and choices in my life and it is incredibly difficult! Plus I signed myself up for something that I don't feel prepared for at all (nor that I really wanted to do, I felt pressured to say yes so I did!! I wish I could stand up for myself more....)
