First off,

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO MY BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL, MOTHER!!

I am so grateful for my angel of a mother. She is such a light in my life. Her love and constant support have carried me through many ups and downs. One word that comes to mind when I think of my mom is CARING. She cares so much about each of her children. She truly feels our joys and pains and wants the very best for us. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful mother! I am glad I have gotten to serve and spoil her today and show her how much I love and appreciate all that she does for me. I love you mom!

I know this is going a little out of order from my previous posts (I'm taking you back to the year 2003!) but I have been watching Underneath Acoustic Live and am just in awe. These boys. They are just ..... I don't have words. They are exceptional. They are so talented, dedicated and passionate and you can feel that when you watch/listen to them play live! So far, I have been able to enjoy Tulsa, Tokyo & The Middle of Nowhere, The Road to Albertane, Hanson Live At the Fillmore, The Best of Hanson Live & Electric and now Underneath Acoustic Live and I am blown away. Every. Time. At every age. They inspire me. They make me proud to be a fan!! I love them so much!! Every time I watch their stuff I just want to show it off to anyone who has ever mocked them or given them the "One-Hit-Wonder" title. I can't help but compare them to the top artists of today and just feel so disappointed that Hanson doesn't get the attention they deserve. But, I know they are happy with what they have and where they are. They have always been so humble and never taken anything for granted. They work hard for their fans and themselves. They deserve all the success and then some. I just love 'em!

You need to go watch this ENTIRE "concert" and I mean it!! It is so beautiful, words don't do it justice! Go listen to this pure, raw, beautiful talent! I guarantee you will be impressed with these three. I am sharing some of my favorite performances below (it will be hard not to post all of them!) but please, please, please go watch the whole thing!!!

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling. Being weighed-down by the burdens and challenges life brings to each and every one of us.
