Month of Love Songs Challenge Day 4

I'm not a huge fan of country music (you've probably noticed that if you're a regular viewer of my blog) but my sister is and so she will show me a lot of the music and songs she is into. Some of them I have actually come to really like. They can be quite cute. I guess there's a big debate if Sam Hunt can really be considered "country" but I like everything I've heard from him so that's why this song is my pick for today.
 
I actually haven't listened to this song a whole lot but I think it is really cute and by posting it here, I can listen to it more often. It makes me think of a guy who is really interested in a girl who is maybe not so interested in him initially, or is a little shyer to opening up. I think that is the absolute cutest! When the guy goes out of his way to spend time with the girl, gets interested in things that she is interested in, learns more about her, makes an effort to be with her etc. As long as he's not being super obnoxious and stupid. And the girl isn't being annoying and just playing "hard to get" because she knows how pretty/cool/whatever she is. Does that make any sense? I just like sweet guys. Who do things with sincerity and for the right reasons.

Song: Siren Call Artist: Hanson This song is off of Hanson's Fan Club EP: Loud (2016). I have been slightly obsessed with this haunting song as of late. This song is about dealing with depression ( Zac Hanson even said so ! Be forewarned, explicit language is used in this video. I'm so sorry). Once I heard Zac explain the meaning and message behind this song it made so much sense to me! I have always loved it and I've always known it had a powerful message but I could never quite figure out what it was. This song is about struggling.
